Research - A Postcode Lottery

A Postcode Lottery, published in November 2006, mapped out for the first time the role of different agencies in the UK and the variable quality of services they provide to missing children. The study, undertaken by Geoff Newiss,  recommended a single platform for improving strategic planning and funding.
